FAQs

End-to-end planning, smarter options, fewer headaches.
We plan travel end-to-end—helping you choose the right destination, matching you with the right suppliers, designing a custom itinerary, and managing logistics (timelines, confirmations, and details) so you can enjoy the trip and feel confident everything’s handled.

It depends on the complexity of the trip. Many bookings are compensated through supplier commissions, while some custom planning (complex itineraries, large groups, or incentive programs) may include a clear planning fee. If a fee applies, we outline it upfront before any work begins.

Yes. We support you before departure and during travel. If flights change, weather disrupts plans, or something needs to be adjusted, you’re not stuck navigating it alone—we help you problem-solve quickly and keep the trip on track.

We get it—life happens. Cancellation and reschedule options depend on your specific trip (cruise line, hotel/resort, tour operator, airline) and where you are in the booking timeline.

Here’s how it typically works:

  • Before final payment: You may have more flexibility, but a deposit can still be non-refundable or carry change fees.

  • After final payment: Policies are usually stricter and penalties can increase as your departure date gets closer.

  • Supplier rules apply: Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour companies set the terms—so refunds/credits (if available) follow their policies and timelines.

What we do: as soon as you tell us, we’ll review your supplier terms, explain your best options (refund vs credit vs rebook), and help you make the move with the least pain possible.

Pro tip: Travel insurance can be a lifesaver here—especially for cruises, international trips, and group travel. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll point you to coverage options that match your trip.

In most cases, travel insurance is a smart move—particularly for cruises, international travel, or itineraries with nonrefundable deposits. It can protect your trip investment if life happens (illness, delays, interruptions) and may include medical coverage while traveling. We’ll help you compare options based on your trip and comfort level.

Teaser: Sometimes—depends on destination, season, and size.
A: Group rates and perks can be a real advantage, but they’re not automatic. Depending on your dates and headcount, groups may unlock perks like held inventory, better terms, onboard credits, or comped rooms. In other cases, individual bookings may price better. We’ll tell you which approach gives your group the best value.

Yes. We can provide a single source of truth for trip details, key dates, and booking steps so travelers know what to do and the group organizer isn’t answering questions all day.

“Kristi was our trip advisor and worked so hard to book, change, and rechange our reservations. This was a trip of a lifetime and was so smooth throughout. Can’t thank her enough. With 9 of us traveling it is so hard to book and make sure it is safe without an advisor.”
